They are nothing but conartist.
they trick you into signing a another year lease by saying it's your walk-through paper work. ill advised do not move into this place. as a side note rent went up a 100$ in one year!!!

My rent went up $70 this time around. I have lived here for 2 years and NEVER had a late payment or a complaint. Needless to say, I did NOT renew!
