My lease is not up until November 29, 2009 but I made the mistake of signing a new lease earlier this week. I was told by staff that there is only one apt. available in my style at this time and they go quickly! When I came in to request to cancel my renewal (less than 24 hours later) I was told no, I already signed a legal and binding contact. This is true but very poor customer service since they have almost 4 months to find a renter and I only changed my mind one day later! Also, I was treated very differently (like the "enemy") once it was known I didn't want to renew my lease. I have been a model resident for over 2 years!

why would you change your mind in less than 24 hours?? as i see it, i lived there and after a few months knew it was not a good place to live....should have known better that to resign a lease there, their staff is full of a bunch of b!tches....

If they have the same people that worked there when I lived there over 3 years ago I totally agree. This place is just awful and I don't know who would treat tenants in this way.
