I just moved to Wildwood. I don't really know anything about it. I do like my apartment and haven't had any problems so far. I went up to the office and told them I needed my bathtub fixed and a woman said ok i'll send someone down. I didn't know that the maintenance men just come in while you are at work. I didn't really like that. Has that happened to anyone else' They didn't even fix the bathtub. All they did was caulk around the toilet. Didn't really make any sense to me. If anyone has some advice for me on how to deal with the office people let me know. I will be living there til next october so give me some advice. I thought the place was pretty nice, Just had no clue about the office people. I came from Lakeshore Apartments in Reading. The most horrible place to live so compared to them this place is awesome. I had no heat in the winter at Lakeshore it was terrible that is why I moved to Wildwood.

There is no way to get through to the office staff!!! I have had problems with my heater and I literally had to call them EVERY DAY for 2 weeks before someone came out to FIX the issue. They kept telling me that my heater couldn't keep up with the cold weather and that's why it was blowing out cold air instead of hot air. Yeah right. It took me 5 different maintance men to figure out that the sensor went bad. They'll do anything to save a dollar!

You should have moved to Remington in Forest Park. GREAT PLACE to live compared to wildwood. But any apartment that you live has the right to come while you are at work and do repairs.

Actually, i just found out and this is the law..Tenant/landlord act of 1972...they have to give 24 hour notice before they enter your apartment..you must be aware that someone has been or is going to enter your apartment ...the only time they can go in without you knowing is if there is a fire, flood, or other emergency...wildwood just got under new managment too so we told them to tell us when they are going to enter or we can sue them.

i've lived in wildwood for 2 years. yes, they come in and do repairs, when you can actually get them to come in and do one, whenever they please. getting through to the office people? yeah right, my advice would be complain and ----- and moan until something is done about it, cause otherwise all they care about is if their hair is looking good and if there is coffee in the coffee pot.

HAHAHA! I live in Wildwood too but can't wait for my lease to be up so I can move...that comment about all they care about is if their hair is looking good is sooo true!! That is hysterical and oh so accurate! Yep that's how it is here.
