I hate this place I have contacted Howard Ain at channel 12 news. My lease is up in Oct after living here for 3 years, I told the staff thhat I would not be signing a new lease. I got 2 letters says my son was walking up the steps to loud and shuting my door in a way that was disturbing the people next to me then I recived one saying I had 30 days to leave in the middle of the month if I left by the end They would let me out of the lease I have now. They will not work with anyone. The office staff are rude -------!! There is so much mold in this building that another person called a lawyer and got a 3 bd room townhouse for what she paid for a bottom floor apt and the old manager Kelly personaly helped her move. My sliding glass door has been falling out of the frame since I have lived here and they won't fix it, There is a short in the wiring in the kitchen. There is so much mold the my 3 year old wakes up with nose bleeds and they wouldn't let me out of my lease. When all the sown melted it started coming into my apt, When I called the office they told me to put a bucket under and hope it stops. IF ANYONE is thinking of moving here you will have better luck on vine st downtown! and if someone from the office is reading this I am sure you know who I am you can all kiss my ass!

Call the City of Fairfield and have them come inspect your apartment!! Do it before you move
