Well....where do I start........we moved in a month or so ago and got a good deal, no deposit and first month free, sounds great right' Not the case here, the saying you get what you pay for works here. We moved in and did an inspection ourselves, which I have never experienced, and we found some things that were just awful....The old tenant was told he/she could make improvements etc... to the place and we get the shaft of it.......The carpet that is supposed to be on the steps was ripped off, took a while to get them to fix that....The vanity in the bathroom upstairs was so molded and corroded it honestly needed replaced, so they put in shower guards and tacked a piece of wood on it so its not visible. HA...the wood doesnt even match, the commode in the master bathroom doesnt flush, its broken twice already and we dont even want them to fix it again...They put a plastic rod where the metal chain should be....hence why it continues to break.....The shower also does not get water pressure for crap....Hot water sucks in there too.....We have two patios to the townhouse, nice, but the back one was full of huge, and i mean huge, weeds and just crap that a landscaper should have taken care of prior to moving, needless to say we told them about it, they saw it, and told us they would take care of it......needless to say still not done, we are gonna do it ourselves..........The painters that painted prior to our move in sprayed all over the little web spots that spiders make in the top crease of the walls and ceilings, so had a big ol spider problem...simple fix, but still....number of leaky faucets, garbage disposal backed up into the other side of the sink when you used it, good thing we have plumbers in the family.....Theres a water spicket on the wall directly outside of the kitchen sink, yeah it slides in and out from under the sink, so bugs get in this way quite easily, main light switch in living room shorts.......I am not gonna say the maintenance teams sucks, its not their fault, they do what they are told, but the owners and office staff are horrible, rude on the phone and in person, make their conversations quick, just all around and in general this place SUCKS!!! I would love to break this lease and get the hell outta here...........The first impression was good but once we got here we were stuck.....NEVER MOVE INTO THE VILLAGES OF WILDWOOD...................

Highly recommend that you contact the Cincinnati BBB. My daughter had to do that when she moved out from Wildwood, a nightmare in and of itself.

I live in wildwood currently and there is nothing good about this place.. i can never get a hold of the office i leave messages and they call back and are very short, like ur wasting their time and on top of paying a ridiculous amount for a place with tons of issues i have to pay heartland 100 bucks a month for water and a bunch of unnecessary charges. Which they didnt tell me about in move in and you have to pay it when u live here.I have a mouse in my townhouse and when i called a week about it they sent out maintenance and all they did was lay out two sticky pads and i hear it in the vents still. The maintenance men are very nice tho. I wish i could leave. My ceiling leaked and there was a hole for months before they fixed it and the same thing happened here in my old townhome. But that time the ceiling actually fell in and rain all over my couch. And the windows here are probably the originals.

I will be moving into wildwoods soon and would like to know if they carpet is replaced due to previous tenants having pets. Also please help before i sign a lease
