I lived he not long ago and wow... Within 3 days of moving in someone was shot in the building next to mine!!This place has everything you don't want. It's also little Mexico. The walls are as thin as paper, intercom never worked(they said they fixed it twice) the toilet would spit water out when you flushed, the bath tub fossett seemed like I could just pull it off, Kitchen was very small. I could go on and on... So I will.. There was always someone hitting the intercom till someone let them in, Parking was TERRIBLE!! Snow removal sucked! The patio was just a hole in the ground, the windows leaked so you could say it was a bit cold at all times, the hallway always smelled sooo bad. The only thing I can say good about this place is that the staff was pretty nice. But if your just looking for a place to live that's kinda cheep then here you go. I still don't think its worth what they charge. Beware!!
