from where I am I can tell you the parking lot is well lit, the grass is cut no trash laying about that i can see from where i am and the front main door locks work well to keep out the riff raff. I have lived in the building I'm in for 5 months now its quiet in the day, and quiet at night, if you can hear anything its over with by 8pm. I have a ground unit and it opens to the back of a wooded area its a nice quiet view. Before i signed my lease I inspected my unit, I then asked for and received new carpet, my doorwall seal was broken and leaked air and moisture into the middle of the 2 panes of glass, they replaced the whole doorwall, I asked for new blinds, as the old ones were bent and broken they got them for me. There are alot of mexican people there, but they seem friendly. I'm not sure why no one likes this place, its not luxury, maybe people expected more in the way of club houses and pools this place is a place to rest make a meal and kick back, its not trump tower, I recommend you try to look first at day and at night to see the overall aspect of the place you will be renting ask to see a model and of course ask for things the unit needs BEFORE you sign a lease its just easier for everyone to get what they want.
