I've lived here since 1/15/2007. I've not been out of town for an extended time and unless I really did miss something I am not aware of anyone being shot this year. The only reason the hallway(by hallway i am referring to the common hallway outside the apartments) smells is because one of my neighbors makes some whacky food on a regular basis. Sometimes it smells delicious, sometimes not so much. The staff is very nice and helpful. I was late on my rent due to not being paid on time, and they agreed to waive the late fee of $35 which I appreciated very very much. The kitchens are small, but the bedrooms are large. As for the rent, I saw a complaint that it is to much, but that person must not have looked around at many 2 bedroom apartments, especially in the fairfield area. as under $600/month for a 2 bedroom is not only reasonable, it's below what most 2 bedrooms are in the area.

The negative side for me was, I lived on the bottom level and my electric bill was large. It was however balanced out by my electric bill in the summer which was very very low. Budget billing worked nicely here. The walls are a bit thin, and for the first few months I had no problems, but someone with 2 kids moved in upstairs, and for some reason they let their kids run around till 2 in the morning on weekdays. If they put them to bed or disciplined them I would not have been to worried about it.

overall I found the location, size of the apartments(especially the bedrooms) to be good size as well as plenty of parking and good service from the office/maintainence(my central air went out and they fixed it the next day)

I am moving out in Feb to a 1 bedroom, and if they offered 1 bedrooms I would be more then happy to stay at Woodridge.

I definatly would recommend this to any of my family and friends.
