The maintenence was horrible...our electric bill was $250 because they would not fix a short in the apartment. After two and a half years we moved and they wouldnt reinburse us for our electric bill. Our A/C was out for 2 weeks before they even looked at it. The clubhouse burnt down a months ago and they havent even tried to rebuild it. Our roofs are bare from the wind storm still in september, some people do not even have chimneys yet because t hey wont fix them. HORRIBLE, do not move here. No amentities for the price! BAD BAD BAD

Please read... The post listed above does not apply to Woodridge Apartments. It applies to the community across the street The Oaks of Woodridge. I appologize for your inconvenience however, the community is not even managed by the same management company. Thank you
