There was a nice pool, but they destroyed it. Only open parking place and extra money for second car. No lobby area, no utilities. The office staff is nowhere near helpful, at times even irritating to deal with. Fariview Park is a nice place to live, but I am sure that there is somewhere better to live that isnt as overpriced and undermanaged.
