I moved in in October 2004 and out in September 2005.
While I was living there there was nothing but problems. Winter snow was not removed until halfway in the afternoon. Salt was nonexistant. The entryway and stairwells were never cleaned while I lived there. The washer was always breaking down and took at least 2 weeks to fix. The 'brand new energy efficient' windows leaked, ruining at least a thousand dollars worth of clothes I had in a basket waiting to be put away. There was mold in the bathroom that kept coming back. No outlets in the bathroom. The air conditioner I had didn't work and was never repaired, although it was brought to their attention numerous times.
After living there for one year and paying my rent ontime and infull every month, they raised my rent $86. They wanted me to pay $565 for a one bedroom, one bath with no garage (i'm now in Rocky River paying $510/mo for a 2 bed w/ a garage. When I was moving out the stove started sparking and almost caught on fire because of an electrical short- they tried to charge me to replace the stove. Me, my mother and grandmother scrubbed the apartment from top to bottom and they tried to charge me for not cleaning it. They also charged me for hole in the walls that we puttied and sanded upon leaving.
Renter's Beware, they are more concerned with getting new tenants with security deposits then retaining the tenants that they have, and they will make stuff up to prevent you from getting your security deposit back. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
