Do you have kids' They're not allowed to ride their bicycle on the property or sidewalks surrounding Aberdeen, also not allowed to play on grass, not allowed to climb trees, not allowed to skateboard on property, sidewalks or even street. They enter your apartment without giving proper notice because staff frequently forgets to give notices. Maintenace - a joke. Maintenance man hammered a key into a lock to try to make it go in - no kidding. Will not shovel walks. Their view: "The Lord put in down, and the Lord will take it back up." Do you like to cook' Too bad. I had toilet water running all over my stove, counter and into my sink for a week after maintenance "fixed" my toilet pipes. Management's response: Chuckle. "That's our maintenance men for you." Basement floods every time it rains or snows because of the ancient basement windows that look like they were there when the place was first built. If you move out, there's a 75% chance that the sue-happy lawyer/slumlord will try to sue you for something or other. I wouldn't recommend this place to a rat.
