Cheap...but horrible!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
I lived in one of the apartments for 2 years. There was lots of bugs (spiders and other creepy crawlers). The owner has only one thing on his mind, $$$!. When you try to move out...there is fine print in the lease that you are responsible for the carpet cleaning at move out. They require that you pay $99 to have your carpets cleaned from the carpet cleaning company owned by the same owner as the apartments. There is one washer and one dryer for 10 units...and half the time the washer or dryer was not working or would not accept your quarters.
I would suggest moving here....only if it was your last resort!
