True there is a nice pool (when clean) and barbecue area, covered parking (if you can afford the extra monthly payment) and a decent lobby area. However, there arent enough washers and dryers, the office staff is nowhere near helpful, at times even irritating to deal with. Fariview Park is a nice place to live, but im 100% sure that there is somewhere better to live that isnt as overpriced and undermanaged. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
