Well, let's see, if you think it's fair to have to buy blinds to ensure pervs aren't watching you while you're, say, feeding your child, getting changed, or whatever, and they expect you to buy their overpriced blinds or have your own, and it's not as though you'd ever be able to use them again once you move out, then I guess it's ok. But I prefer to have blinds already provided. I like privacy. Oh yeah, and we've also had our apartment broken into, and when we had the lock replaced (at our expence), the old key still worked. Makes me very suspiciousof maintenence and management. On the plus side, at least the heating is paid for. That is a nice thing. Just wish they wouuld ensure our privacy.
Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention, even though we are in Cox territory, we have to go with their crappy mom-and-pop cable company (providing we want cable) and pay $50/month for about 40 stations. Somewhat assinine if you ask me. Oh unless you're lucky enough to have an apartment that faces south. Then you can get the dish, which sucks. Or you can use the crappy home antenna or rabbit ears and get local channels. Yeah, you can find a better place to live for your money.
