lived here for 3 year plus...it can be quiet at time other times i would have to call on nieghbors make alot of noise at 10 pm. if you live here in winter time expect to get plowed into your spot all they do is plow down the center of the parking lot plowing in everyone. Only get one choice of cable company (very crappy one) that is owned by the buildings company. and if you are lucky and get apartment with a view of the southern sky you can get direct tv which is the same exact thing the building offers. internet service is crappy also i had to got with att cause they isnt and caps or bandwidth resrictions and on top of that building has old wiring so you get alot of line noise. they also have problems changing light bulb in the parking lot so it dark in the morning.i could keep on going

The cable company issue has now been fixed. They now offer Cox cable and have a personal rep that hooked us up with a month free cable/internet. The staff and everyone has been very helpful to me.

just a follow up from my review.... place has gotten quiet not because of all residents( cause there aint that many anymore) its from people cant afford to pay the outrageous rent they continue to raise every year and nothing to justify the raise. they say cause of the economy i highly doubt that. They need to get rid of some of the office staff half of them are morons, they like to forget deal that were agreed upon then comes the time were you have to sign the contract and they try to sneak in crap that we agreed upon wouldn't be in the contract and they play it off like, "oh my bad." Communication sucks with the office staff they like to forget things they said they would fix or take care of. then they have this water tax which is crap. Then they offer free heat (which is steam heat) which is not free since we have to pay that water tax now so that's kinda false advertisement if you ask me. Place aint pet friends like they say basically, if you do have a pet your gonna be pay for an extra person cause the pet tax is put onto your month rent (i think the tax for having a pet is $50 extra with your rent on top of the deposit when you sign a lease).
Maintenance is about the only think this place has going for them they are there the next day most of the time to fix what ever is broke.
This might be are last year staying here its been a long run but rent is getting outrageous along with there fee's.
