We are very unhappy about not being able to park or motorcycle in the parking lot for it is not alowed becauce it violates the lese agreement ( We still need to get a copy of it to see the exact verbal it uses)but if we choose to get a garage space which is $40.00 more per month that is fine. We were also promised a storage area upon arrival and then was told that we would have to wait untill the end of the month. Well the end of the month came and went, now we are told that there wont be any available for another month or two. We will see if they keep their promise.

not to mention the water tax they added to the rent. and every year they raise the rent $10 but they do not justify the raise when anything new. they use the excuse bills are going up, please the rent is high enough to cover that and if you have 2 1.5 baths you pay more even though there is no shower in it. starting to get like the insurance and bank with there fee's
