I moved to Findlay to pursue a work opportunity and was not at all familiar with the town, though I soon grew to love it. After visiting a realtor/property manager and touring a few places they had, they suggested I check out the Arbors. I am so glad they did! The Arbors are in a very newly developed part of Findlay on the east side of town. Very good access to shopping and restaurants. Low density configuration, and parking is not a problem at all, since each unit has a garage. There is additional parking for guests near each building. I had great neighbors, and the grounds were well kept. Because the property is less than 5 years old, maintenance was really not an issue, everything still felt new. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. I have heard that Village Green is no longer managing it--not sure if that's good or bad. My experience there could not have been better.
