This place is completely terrible - DON'T DO IT!!!!! I completely agree with the previous comment - office staff are HORRIBLE and very rude! They are aweful at repairing or taking care of any issues. Also, unless you like a field for a lawn, I wouldn't chance it, your dog will never find that ball...
The owner loves to spend your rent in Vegas and never seems to care about anything else, as long as he gets that money he sees it as everyone's done their part. HA!!!!
Place was filthy when I moved in, they expect you to return the apt to the way that you received it - okay, that's easy just don't clean for three (3) months before your move out and you'll be good!
Overall - aweful and for the money you can get a way nicer apt in Findlay. Check out Crystal Glen Apartments - newer, accept pets, has a pool and in a much nicer area. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

This old information should be removed.One unhappy tenant out of 450 apartments is unfortunate. This person probably was uncooperative and may have been asked to leave for violating the lease. Too bad he/she had to attack staff personally. We aim to please if at all possible.
