Started off great, quickly went downhill. - The apartments as a whole look very nice - they're clean, well maintained, have a great amount of storage, and look newer than they actually are. The pet rent is one of the most reasonable in town, which is great. The parking lot is very well lit and the grass is generally mowed/taken care of decently. However, the beauty runs skin deep. The walls are extremely thin - ...Full review of Covington Green Apartments

Okay - First off we were very impressed by how clean the place was. We really liked living here. Hall way smelled a little funny from the incense that the people upstairs burned but we could deal with it. Then after living here for about 6 months they lost ALL of our credit info!! It wasn't just ours it was about 10 other peoples too. They told us that it accidentally got shredded in an audit. Well ...Full review of Crystal Glen Apartments

Very nice in a town with limited choices. - I moved to Findlay to pursue a work opportunity and was not at all familiar with the town, though I soon grew to love it. After visiting a realtor/property manager and touring a few places they had, they suggested I check out the Arbors. I am so glad they did! The Arbors are in a very newly developed part of Findlay on the east side of town. Very good access to shopping and ...Full review of Arbors of Findlay

Great place to live, but request an accompanied walkthtrough when you move. - Hunter's Crossing was one of the best places I have lived while I was in Findlay. The apartments are a little small for the cost, but the garage makes up for the price as well as the side by side apartments, safety, and quietness. Maintenance is quick to fill any requests (1-3 business days) and they will let you know when they'll be in to replace filters or drop off filters ...Full review of Hunter's Crossing

Okay with me! - I lived at Winthrop Terrace for a year and had a nice experience. Whenever I dealt with Kim in management, she was always friendly to me. There were quite a few things that I really liked about Winthrop. The back balconies and pool were things I especially enjoyed. I had previously lived in campus housing which was always noisy and crazy busy. I was happy that Winthrop was tucked away in a ...Full review of Winthrop Terrace Apartments

renter8435 says: Bad Rental Application Experience Me and my girlfriend applied to live here, she has a perfect credit history, no late payments, no debts, except a deferred student loan and they had the nerve to ask for last month's rent on top of a security deposit and first month's rent. ..full review of Sandusky Square

-Anonymous- says: No problems Things must have changed over the past few years... I lived there for 5 months while attending my last semester at UF. They let me keep my furniture in my apartment for 3 months over the summer free of charge before officially moving in! During my stay I had zero problems and my ..full review of Sandusky Square

-Anonymous- says: Nice! I have a 1 bedroom apartment with washer/dryer hookup and its the nicest apartment for the money! Our apartment doesn't allow pets because the carpeting is brand new, but there are apartments where they do allow pets. The living room is quite small, but it works. Everything here ..full review of Charleston Apartments

-Anonymous- says: Not the best, but ok I was not very impressed with these apartments. You live in what look like trailer homes that have been divided into apartments. My front door was made of some type of cheap plastic/wood that had holes in it. If someone really wanted to, you could punch right through ..full review of Bent Tree Apartments

-Anonymous- says: No. Don't bother. The staff is white trash and never concerned with amy problems that arise in their filthy apartments. Most of the tenants are related to the owners by blood or marriage or both and do as they please. You may as well flush your money down the toilet. ..full review of Sandusky Square

-Anonymous- says: Do NOT live here!!! The apartments are very small, run down, and very cheaply made. Although the overall area is quiet, the walls are incredibly thin and you can hear a lot of noise through the wall. JRenae says: Loved it! Wish I still lived in Findlay because I would have stayed! I lived here two years in a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath. The first time I rented with a roommate for a year.
