I moved to Kensington approx. 1 year ago. It has not been the most pleasant experience. My neighbors above and below me often had loud company and trash was often dumped in my apartment yard below. There was always enough parking though. When it rained the walkway often flooded and created a uncomfortable feeling to my feet. The staff wasnt always friendly. Messages hardly ever got related and rent checks often get lost. If you rent here, always pay with money order and ask for a receipt signed by the staff.
