We moved in 7/30. Our experience from the first day I called and spoke to Tracy has been fabulous. I was given 10 days notice on a work relocation, and had to basically work out my move over the phone. Tracy was so helpful and honest and just sweet, she really exceeded all my expectations.
When we first moved in, our apartment needed some work. Maintence came within 48 hours and fixed everything we asked for. Fred and crew are competent and friendly. The end of Forest Park that this complex is in is NOT ghetto, yes if you drive down Winton Road it will get worse, but where K.P. is really is nice.
I would not judge K.P. by the bad reviews posted here. Check it out and see for yourself.

i dont know who Tracy is but she does not work there anymore. Kensington is now under new managment called the Connor Group. The front office is being ran by two unproffesionals Jay and Julie.
