I am a new tenant at kensington park. The outside is beautiful and very deceiving. The inside is cheap. The day i moved in the carpet was dirty with paint all over it. The entire apartment had not been cleaned properly and there was paint on everything. The maintenance guy told me and i quote "im sorry about the paint job, i've never used a paint gun before, they just handed it to me and threw me in there. my experience is in heating and air". I could go on and on about everything else wrong with it. They lied and said the deposit was 299 when really its 100, the other 199 is for administration fee's and is non refundable. Who know's'' This place is a joke. It has already been very stressful and i've only been here 3 weeks. My advice is to stay away from kensington park. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

That maintenence guy was fired for poor work and has been replaced with someone with 8 years experience and the cleaning crew was fired and a new and better crew has been hired.
