I lived in this place for one year, and it had to be the worst year of my life. 3 months after I moved in, my water heater began leaking. I reported the problem as I had a lake (literally) in my dining room, and I was told that it was due to my dish washer leaking. Three more maintenance requests (and two months) later, I gave up. My carpets, baseboards, and walls surrounding the water heater were all mildewed and stained, and it took management 8 months to fix the problem. When they replaced my water heater, I was without hot water for literally two weeks (14 days!). Have you ever bathed in ice water' I have, and it is NOT fun. I do not recommend that anyone ever move into this little glimpse of Hell on Earth.

Arent you the crappy painter that they fired because you sucked so bad at it that the new guy had to redo almost all of your work. His name was jason and he was born in 78.
