I moved in here in 04 and I would have given this place a 6 out of 10 but since the new management took over things are getting much better. I just transfered within the property and It was a good and easy experience with the new management. I have read some of the less than favorable comments and it seems to me that these people are very ignorant. The property is nearly 20 years old (I looked it up) and yes it has its problems but anything major that has ever gone wrong has been fixed in a timely manor and the office girls are nothing but nice to me regardless of my reasons for calling. The maintenence team is good and very polite they even cleaned up my floor after they had to replace my overhead lighting in my kitchen! There were some breakins on the complex recently and my car did get robbed but the complex within 2 weeks of this incident had improved all exterior lighting and put in a 24 hour video monitoring system. What more can I ask for. The apartment itself has a few signs of ware but Im probably the 15th person to live here so what can I expect. The appliances are a little older but all in good working condition and minus a few spots here and there the capets are fine. The hallways are well lit and there is a professional cleaning crew that comes in once a month (I met them last week) and I saw one of the girls from the office cleaning my hallway a few weeks ago so they are at least attempting to keep everything presentable. Dumpsters are near every building but the other complex occupants always seem to put furniture out by them and not in them but the maintenence guys fit in as much as they can on dump days so at least they try to keep up. Overall I would say to all those with the negative ratings to go buy a house because you are expecting too much to live in an apartment and to all those looking to move that this is a good place to live and its getting better with the new management. I believe in time with all I see them doing here that this place can only get better and I plan on staying here until I save up for my first home.
