I just moved in Kensington Park and had visited this website before I made my decision. However, I did take into account my own opinion of the property and office staff. I was very impressed by the property overall. There was very little litter, the girls in the office specifically Cynthia was very nice and informative. I have only been here for a 2 months, but so far my experience has been an easy and smooth transition. I would recommend Kensington. Actually, one of my coworkers is getting ready to move in the building next to me. That right there shows me at least I am not the only one with a nice opinion of the property. I guess you do have to take into consideration some people have a bad experience and most of the people that get on these websites are pissed off customers. Very few people ever write about the nice things, so I just thought that I would be one of those rare few.
