I just moved into kensington last week. I had originally rented a 1 bedroom apartment and then once I had moved all my furniture in, i really just didn't like it. I expressed my concerns with the manager and she was really understanding and nice. I was ready to hand my keys back to her when she suggested we look at a 2 bedroom and maybe that would work better for me. So she walked me through the apartment that she was offering me and it worked out much better. I was very surprised that she was willing to do that for me and was very appreciative that I didn't have to go and try to find a new apartment. I am very happy in my new 2 bedroom. I was very pleased with the customer service I was provided by the offic staff as a whole. I really think that with what i've experienced so far, I will be very happy here.
