My husband and I have lived in this apt. for almost 2 years. Originally the office staff and maintenance team were much better, but since about May 2005 a new company has taken over and has been terrible. Of the two pools, one was closed for almost the entire summer. The tennis court nets were not up, and after a request from my husband, they were still not put up for several weeks (they said they were on order or something). The light outside our apartment door was also out for several weeks even after a complaint from us - that must have been on order too. We have never been able to use the dishwasher. The walls and floors are paper thin - we can hear everything that happens in the apt. below and above us, and every time someone enters the building you are aware of it. If you live near the pond, the geese are very loud and obnoxious and leave droppings everywhere. We will not be renewing our lease.

I am a resident here as well and have also lived here for 2 years. I have taken the time to get to know the office staff so I can make make an educated assumption about where I live. As far as one of the pools that was not open all summer, that would have been a subpump issue left by the prior managment when they sold the property. The new management can not help if information was not disclosed. As far as the tennis nets, the old ones were completely torn apart! So, the new manangement went and spent $money$ so the residents could have tennis nets. So, if you really want to make an informative and educated comment be sure you know all of the facts before you speak. Just a little friendly advice.
