My husband (then-boyfriend) and I moved into Kensington last spring, and it was my first apartment experience. Out of the three complexes immediately adjacent to it, all with comparable rent and floorplans, we chose Kensington because of the look of the complex and friendliness of the staff. Most of those employees are still here a year and a half later, and so are we. It is very safe--parking lot is always well-lit, and we have a lot of nice, respectful neighbors. It has two nice pools, and the pool party that management throws each year is fun. It's usually quiet, both in the apartment and around the complex. The gym leaves a little to be desired--the equipment is a little outdated. But overall, we're very happy with our choice.
