DO NOT MOVE HERE

The mgmt company that runs Kensington park has poor practices. They didn't explain the fact that they have a no lease break policy. This isn't standard in the industry. I suppose my hopes of building my house will have to wait now. You are responsible for the entire lease if you were to move out. Most Companies require a 60 day notice and 2 months rent max. It's a shame when a company is so desperate for money that they make someone unhappy and get negative feed back over it. You would think the reputation would be just as valuable in the long run as the rent money. I will be moving when my lease is up and I will recommend to anyone not to move there. The pigeons on the balconies are an entirely different story.

This place sucks. Managment is a complete disaster. Office manager rudest of all. If you have to change your apartment before your lease is up, you are going to lose all the remaining rent, in my case $6000. Ohh, I can't wait to get out of it. |
