Decent but problems with neighbors From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   The 1 bedroom apartment I had was alright. A little on the small side, but enough for me. Smallish kitchen. The largest issue I had was with neighbors and noise. Specifically being yelled at everytime I went up the stairs. The guy who's apartment was next to them complained a lot. Even walking around the apartment made too much noise for him. There was one coin-op laundry per building, with a larger facility on-site. People did not always remove their things timely, like within three hours of putting them in. The location is close to the highway and good shopping areas. The fan in the heater was loud, but I was able to get through the winter without turning on the heat. They kept some of the deposit, for cleaning the carpet and sink - even though both were fine when I left. At one point they reissued keys after the one to the key cabinet in the office went missing.
