I've lived here for a year and a half and cannot wait until my lease is up to run away. First of all, the maintenance is way below par. I've had to place 6 maintenace requests since the first of 2007. When I moved in the condition of the apartment was terrible - paint splattered everywhere, broken and clogged drains, screens falling out of windows, broken blinds. The worst part is, they will probably assume this was all my doing and keep my deposit.
The shared utility program is a robbery. I pay close to $50 a month for water and sewage.
This is not just my experience, almost everyone I've seen has had a nightmare with this place.
KP is run by idiots. I can't wait until my lease is up
