After reading these reviews I feel a lot better. I made an appointment to check out one of their apartments, I drove 30 minutes to come there just for the lady to tell me she didn't have the keys for the apartment. I was kind of upset b/c she could have called and saved me from a wasted trip. That's not all; within that week she told me I was approved and could come look at the apartment that following day. She then called me that following afternoon to tell me that the vendors had the keys and asked would I come back after the weekend. At that point I began to suspect something wasn't right. But I went ahead anyway and called her on Monday, she then tells me that I now need a co-signer and that she still didn't have the keys for the apartment. At that point I say to her "you know what don't even worry about it and I went and got my application fee. I don't know what they were doing but something was DEFINITELY not right, one minute you tell me Im approved and give me my address, and the next moment I need a co-signer to an apartment I've never even got to see. HA HA WHAT A JOKE!! Would not recommend this place to an enemy, Nicole
