This is the WORST place I have ever lived!!! The management staff on any given day is nothing but RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! The apartments are too small and falling apart! This complex has a separate utility bill PLUS your regular utility bill-So...you are paying DOUBLE EVERYTHING! The utility bill with Heartland Power will go up every single month and continue until you move out!!!!! Stay away from this MONEY TRAP! You will regret every single day you live here once you sign your lease!!! NO! NO! NO!

I agree--I went to look at apt there and it was dirty!! It had stains all over carpet and smelled like pet urine! GROSS----Then they tried to keep my security deposit and I NEVER SIGNED A LEASE!! SHADY-------- Stay away from Connor Group owned apts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
