I have been a resident of Kensington Park Apartments for 13 years and I would still be there if not for a job transfer out of state. The management staff has been nothing but wonderful and very friendly. Any request that I had was taken care of in a very timely manner and efficiently. I know for a fact that Heartland is not owned by the connor group and I have not had any issues with them. Nowadays anywhere you go you will have to pay your own utilities and if you pay your bills on time, you wont accrue all the fees. Overall I am sad to go, I will miss all the parties and activities they have for the residents, and all the friends I made while living here and hope that the next place I move to will treat as good as Kensington Park!!

Connor grp DOES own Heartland....AND I do pay my bill on time ALL the time!! THe "FEES" are $15 to start up with Heartland when u move in,,,then $5.25 Admin fee every bill just because,and $15 fee for when u stop-"move" whatever....My heartland bill is 3x as much as prev apts! I pay around 87.00 and up EVERY month --I had a 4 bedroom house few yrs back and did not pay this much in water//sewer/trash etc--I do have some experience in this area.......I am glad your experience was good,,but majority of people have not had good one with Connor grp--READ APT RATINGS FOR ALL THIER PROPERTIES And u will see--Ridiculous
