I would not recommend renting at Kensington Park. They have a staff and team in place that is solely focused on taking advantage of whoever they can. I know the property has changed hands several times. The new regime does make themselves available because they know that they have crooked practices in place to unfairly take advantage of hard working people. They leave leaking faucets in vacant apartments to raise the utility bill, since the Connor Group (property managers)also owns Heartland Regional Power, the utility company. When I confronted them I didn't receive a call back from Kensington or Heartland. The rental office was recently broken into and the staff didn't notify the renters to let them know what happened or if any personal information was obtained. If you want a place that will allow you to have a piece of mind when you come home, then you need to continue searching. It has been one issue after another. The carports collapsed leaving many cars damaged, they left the parking lot un-shoveled after we got 6" of snow one winter, unreported break-ins on the property, crime, cars broken into, broken washers and dryers, crooked staff (I've seen many of them quit after a few months).
