I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone ever! The management is a bunch of money grubbing, unsympathetic, lackadaisical, moronic, and if its derogatory insert it here, people. First, the water bill is outrageous. I have never paid more than half of what I do here. Second, it took 9 months for them to install a door on our outside storage room, meaning we had to live with one less room out of two. Third, we just recently experienced a flood of sewage water from the water heater drain. It backed up so much that it soaked the carpet in the hallway, the bedroom across the hall and the master bedroom behind the bathroom. Instead of replacing the carpet or padding they just cleaned it. It still smells like a dog kennel and every time they come over to smell it they say it smells fine. Lastly, they do not care, period!
