Kensington Park "Luxury" apartments are FAAAAARRRRRR from luxury!!! They sure charge for a luxury apartments though! The maintenance crew has to be the a group of random guys they pulled off the street because the work they do is horrible! That's if they even come to fix what is broken! 1st off, my fridge has been broken since I moved in! You can not set anything on the top shelf! There is a hole in my deck from my cousin WALKING and her foot fell threw (have yet to fix)! My dryer does not work and maintenance was supposed to come fix it the next day, it's been a good 6 months and they still have not fixed it! There is a HUGE red/pink stain on my bar top that was supposed to be taken care of the following Monday after I moved in and what do ya know, it's still there!!!!!!! Now to top it all off something is leaking through the apartment above me and coming through my ceiling! It looks like coka cola! I am incredibly disgusted with this apartment complex in every way you could imagine! There is garbage all over, when it snows or is icy they take forever to salt, dog feces all over the grass! You have to pay for everything including water, electricity, etc. You'd think with as high as the rent is to live here something would be included! I know of many other complex's with lower rent where everything is included!!!! They tricked me into signing my lease! I merely filled out an applicated and AFTER they submitted it I was informed that if it is accepted that I am then legally binded into a 1 year lease!! I tried fighting it and they said they do not break leases no matter how quickly you decide you don't want it then to only find out that you have a 5 day grace period! The parking is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! They have limited parking and if they are taken you have to park around the corner from your apartment, come on now this should be a no brainer people have to have a place to park their vehicle!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM KENSINGTON PARK APARTMENTS!!! They rip you off and can't even keep up on simple maintenance tasks!!!!!

The owners of Wildwood also own this place and as you can tell they suck.
