DON'T DO IT Seriously... I worked for this complex and wish I could warn people. This complex have theft issues. They broke into 20 (hat were reported) and 15 appartments and we are talking in one year. You will also pay 2 eectric bills yes two one to Duke and another to a company that charges

STAY AWAY FROM CONNOR PROPERTIES I do not live here,,but another "connor Group" owned property in Fairfield..
Stay clear of all Connor grp properties...Heartland Utilities is owned by the Connor Group..that is why utility bills so high with this company--I should know--I pay $85

Love it! This place is great anytime I have had any problems with anything the office staff will always help. They even walked my dog when I was out of town. Love it!!

IT SUCKS!!! my boyfriend and I recently got approved to move here, the day before we were supposed to move the girl called me and said we were not approved and could not give us a reason y!!! this place is horriable!! I do not reccomend!! very un professinal!!

It is Grrreat! I love this place. The girls in the office always have a wonderful attitude. The greet me with a smile and are always willing to help. I would recommend this to anyone looking in the forest park area. Hope to see you as a neighbor soon.

Loving It! I moved into my apartment late March. I actually felt like the manager was very friendly in helping me find an apartment to meet my urgent needs. The apartment that I moved into was even nicer than the apartment I was shown. Haven't had any problems as of date and for the amount
