My wife and I have been here a little over a year and we've had mixed experiences here.
The physical plant is a bit of a mixed bag in particular. When we first moved in we had all kinds of flies but either they decided to do something about it or else the flies just moved on. The kitchen is SMALL. If you've got a microwave, you'll end up with maybe 6 feet of counter space left in the end. There is a pass-through to the dining room, but it's still a very small kitchen. The fridge and dishwasher are adequate, but the stove is on its last legs, really. The plumbing in the bathroom is adept at getting clogged or running slow. The windows are very drafty. We don't open the blinds much to try to keep that down. It's also easy to hear through the walls/floor. Anything that happens in the hallways is totally understandable, even in the back rooms (which makes you wonder what can be heard from the hallways).
The staff is a mixed bag. Some are really nice and some really seem like they don't like their job. Maintenance is well meaning, but not the most competent, which is much easier to deal with. They are, however, pretty bad at answering pages after hours. If you've got an emergency after 5:00, your best bet is to wait until morning. Snow removal is also a bit spotty. Might be gone early, might be there two days.
It is a bit noisy with the highway right there. Don't think you're going to open the windows in the summer. You can also hear it with the windows closed. But it's not horrible (most of the time).
The parking isn't as bad as some reviews have made it out to be. I drive what could be affectionately called a rust bucket, but I haven't gotten so much as a warning in over a year. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

Wow, I live in this community and I've had no experience even close to this guys. The flies just didn't go away on there own I'm sure. Obviously if you put a w/o in for the flies and then they were gone, than they were treated for I'm sure. As far as the kitchen, yes it may be small but its an apartment and an inexpensive one at that. Atleast there are no barriers and its open to the living and dining room. This is what I like best about it. You also have a pantry and a nice size bar off of the kitchen for additional seating. This is more space than I've seen in alot of apartments. Its a very well layed out floor plan. As far as any plumbing issues, I haven't had any. And as far as my appliances, well mine work great and actually looked almost brand new. I don't know about the drafty windows, I haven't had that problem either. As a matter of fact the gas rate is fixed so I can crank the heat up as high as I want without my bill going sky high. Its awesome, its always the same. On top of that your not using your electric to produce the heat so I had like a $50 electric bill in the fall!! My last place was always anywhere from $80 to $150 a month. Its not even that with the gas and the heat combined. Its a huge savings. Maintenance seemed great, office was very kind and answered all my questions. Work orders were always done with in a day or two. This is like over 300 apartments in this community. Theres alot going on for them I'm sure. As far as after hours, I did have my heat go out in the winter. Although they didn't come out that night they responded within 10 minutes of my call and came out first thing the next morning. It was still 68 degrees in my apartment. There not going to come out if its still that warm. The parking is huge here. Theres parking everywhere. No car ports or garages but plenty of parking. And there are no beater vehicles here thats for sure. They have a strict policy which I was made aware of from the get go when I first applied. I definetly reccoment this community.
