WYNDERMERE IS NOT SOME WHERE I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE THE APARTMENTS DO NOT OFFER CENTRAL AIR THERE ARE WALL UNITS. NO SWIMMINGPOOLS, FITNESS CENTERS NOTHING. IN THE WINTER THE PARKING LOT IS A MESS. AND THE NOISE IS TERRIBLE. CARS COME FLYING THROUGH THE PARKING LOTS AND KIDS ARE EVERY WHERE

I do not agree with the other comment. Wyndemere is a great quit and safe place to call home. The price is a little high, but trust me it is worth every penny. The layouts of each apartment is like no other, very spacious and keeped up very well. As soon as you pull into the property you can tell the staff and each resident takes great pride at this property. It is true Wyndemere does not offer a pool or fitness center, however there is a community pool less then one mile at the park. As i have talked to others and they too would pay even more to live at Wyndemere. Where else in Franklin can you live in such a property that is so quit and safe feeling. Don't take my word for it, take a drive to Wyndemere for your self and you too will fall in love with everything about it.
