Middletown is a sad town, with high unemployment. VE is a good place to be if you must work here. Mel, the management woman, is wonderful. I plan to stay here

Really nice place to live! I've been reading the reviews for Emerald and really dont understand what the problem is! I moved in here back in 2005 , lived here for a little over a year. Loved it! Had to move due to family issues but when I relocated back to Franklin I came back to Emerald.
