I just found out that they won't even shovel snow. They do, howver, have a shovel & salt if you want to do it yourself. I don't mind, but what am I paying rent for. The maintenance is two different companies. One for inside problems & one for outside & the outside company does a horrible job. How hard is it to change a lightbulb. You also have to pay water. (This is the 1st apt I've had to do that) I don't mind paying my bill, but I don't want to pay every one else's also. There is ONE meter for the whole complex, then they divide it depending on how many people live in your apt.
