This is not the place to live if you have any children at all! The staff is horrible,they don't have any customer service skills and just don't care about anyone that lives here except taking you to court and money. I have live in this complex for 4 yrs and never had an issue with rent till I lost my job and ardent is so quick to get rid of you because they are money hungry management. Please don't even think about staying here there are better apartments out there were you feel welcome. I hate this place your utility bills are at least 150.00 a month for electric and 80 for water! If you are late they don't want to hear your story expect you will be evicted unless we get our money they accept no govrn. assistance for utilities and no forbearances. Don't live here! It isn't worth it unless you want to throw your money away!
