I lived here for almost two years in the townhome section (2003/2004). The tenants were professional type that drive nice cars, until recently. It's now becoming a campus feeling as younger tenants are starting to move in. The parking situation is out of control and I got blocked in my apartment many times.

The property manager didn't seem to be "consistant" with how she treated the tenants on "company policy" type of situations. I had to argue with her for weeks to get my deposit back and she wouldn't comply. I finally had to contact corporate to get her to follow policy.
