Never in my life have I been treated so RUDELY. And, if you are expecting someone to return a phone call or to complete your maintenance request, then this is surely NOT the place to live. The manager --adrianne is very rude and tells me what I have or haven't done (you never called in that maintenance request) -- excuse me. If she would get off her butt and answer the phone, she would know. Too bad it always goes to voicemail.
I had a leak that no one fixed for over 72 hours. I can never get anything done. Calling 6 or 7 times for a maintenance request is normal. So, if you live here, move out. If you are thinking about living here, look at Chestnut Hill across the street. That is where I plan to move to when my lease is up.
