Not good at all

They look nice and the staff seems nice; but after you are in...it is a different story. The so called property manager is difficult to speak with when you actually get her to return a phone call (two faced) The units are more than 10 years old and some are in need of upkeep (besides a paint job). Mine and my neighbors' units have problems with water leaks. It is also noisy and the property rules do not apply to everyone living here. I regret moving here. I have friends across the street and for the rent payment, you are better off going to Chestnut Hill if you want to live in this area. If you sign a lease-good luck.
