Appliances need updating. Refrigerator busted 3 times while I lived there. It was finally replaced after the last time. Air conditioner never got the apartment below 78 degrees on a hot day...but it was working fine according to property management. Noisy neighbors (think college dorms). Snow was pushed onto walkway in a huge pile so that I had to climb out over the mound to get to my front door. Kitchen sink faucet came of in my hands twice while living there. Received letter from collection agency after allegedly being sent a single notification that I owed money after moving out. Their policy is that you get one letter and that's it (which I never received). Now my credit is tagged and I'm being charged extra money because a collection agency is now involved. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE OR ANY OTHER AEC MANAGED PROPERTY!
