There's a new manager here now, and she's really on top of things. She's very nice and responsive, totally different from the last manager. Things are actually getting done around here now!

That's great to hear. The place got really run down when I lived there. Probably because the maintenance guys were too busy smoking pot in empty apartments than doing actual work. I had one of them walk by me one time awhile ago, when I lived there, and he reeked of marijuana. So, I am glad to hear that they screen their managers better than their maintenance people.
