My boyfriend and I just moved into CW about 2 weeks ago. It has been nothing but WONDERFUL! The ladies up at the office have been absolutely great. I have been in contact with them in regards to some small maintence issues and they have always called me back promptly and have been nothing but curtious.
When we moved into our townhouse it was already painted (which is awesome because I hate to paint). We finally have everything that we have been looking for. Two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fireplace, attached garage, and w/d hook ups. Also, the amount of storage that is available in the kitchen is amazing. This is the only place that I have rented at that I actually don't have enough stuff to put into the cabinets.
In regards to pets, we are allowed to have our two dogs (medium sized) and of course that is a major plus! The only thing that I would say is a little bothersome about the townhouse is the fact that our neighbor has two small "yappy" dogs that bark at absolutely everything and it's not super loud but we can definitely hear it. I guess no matter where you go if you have a bad neighbor your gonna hear them.
Finally, I would like to address the garbage situation that someone was talking about earlier. I too was a little appalled when I first saw the mound of garbage that had piled up outside of the trash compactor when we moved in. Well I come to find out that it is the lazy people that live here that don't want to throw their trash into the compactor and close the door that is causing the trash to pile up. This just blew my mind!!! I feel for the maintenance guys that have to go clean up after these lazy people.
